Who We Are
The real story behind the platform trusted by hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players.
Aladin888 was founded with a clear purpose: to build an online entertainment platform genuinely designed for Malaysian users. Not simply copying a foreign model and adding a Bahasa Malaysia layer, but developing the experience from the ground up — with a deep understanding of how Malaysians actually play, interact, and make payments in their everyday lives. This is what sets aladin888 apart from many other platforms in the local market.
From day one, the aladin888 team decided that trust would be everything. The platform was built on internationally graded security infrastructure, a payment system that prioritises local Malaysian methods, and customer support in Bahasa Malaysia that genuinely understands what local players need. Every decision made — from interface design to minimum bet limits — was guided by one question: is this truly the best for our Malaysian players?
Today, aladin888 has grown into one of Malaysia's most active online entertainment platforms, with over 500,000 registered members from across the country – from Perlis to Sabah and Sarawak. We offer more than 1,200 games and markets, including slots from world-class providers, Live Casino tables with professional dealers, Sports Betting covering Malaysia Super League and EPL football, badminton, and classic casino games such as blackjack, poker, and baccarat.
"We did not build aladin888 to be the biggest platform – we built it to be the one Malaysian players trust most. When our players feel safe, satisfied, and well treated, everything else will follow."

All games on aladin888 use an RNG (Random Number Generator) verified by independent third-party auditors, ensuring every slot spin, every blackjack hand, and every roulette round is truly random and cannot be manipulated. For Live Casino tables, every dealer action is fully visible via HD cameras – nothing is hidden.
On the payments front, aladin888 was among the first in Malaysia to offer full integration with all major local digital payment methods. DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay – all available for both deposits and withdrawals. For those who prefer internet banking, FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks is fully supported as well. The minimum deposit is just RM 10, and winnings are processed in as little as 15 minutes for most payment methods.

Aladin888 also takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe entertainment should remain just that — entertainment. It should never become a source of financial or emotional stress. To that end, aladin888 provides players with a range of self-management tools, including daily deposit limits, session loss limits, play-time reminders, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion options. Our support team is also trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and to help players access the appropriate assistance whenever it is needed.
We take great pride in the aladin888 player community we have built together over the years. Every piece of feedback, every suggestion, and every complaint we receive is taken seriously and used as the foundation for continuous improvement. The aladin888 of today is the result of the trust placed in us by hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players who chose us as their platform of choice — and we will never take that trust for granted.
